This coverage exempts against own damage to the vehicle above the value of the deductible in the event of a collision. If you purchase CDW-TP, the rental company agrees, subject to the actions listed in the rental agreement that invalidates CDW, to contractually waive its liability for the cost of damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle.
This coverage is valid only with the purchase of the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and exempts the payment of the deductible.
