If you need to get in contact with us immediately and talk to usin real time about a certain situation that can’t be solved through any other of our Auto-WhatsApp’s options, there is also a selection that was built for your specific need in the tool’s main menu. Once you choose it, one of our customer service representatives will be entering the conversation in less than 15 minutes.

Remember that our Auto-WhatsApp’s schedule is Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you request to talk to a representative outside our hours of operations, we will be assisting you on the next labor day after 8:00 a.m.
